The Akitas of Bergerac welcome you!

Our first encounter with a little brindle Akita-puppy, Rakuna, forever changed our lives. She was so inspiring to us that in a very short period of time we were infected with the "Virus Akita" and so we share now our house and garden with 7 Akita - even more, when we have puppies.

On the the following pages, we want to present you the fascinating breed Akita Inu (pure Japanese Akita). Above all, we want to give you some impressions of our daily live with those majestic, dignified, loving and intelligent dogs.
